Sunday baking by the caker is so beautiful. I love the photography in it. I love the recipes. I made the banana and blackberry cake with cinnamon coconut yogurt and I made it vegan. It's already naturally vegan which is cool and gluten-free because that's what that's how I eat and the other recipes I'm going to try to veganize them or gluten-free them as needed but I love this book. It's so fun for baking and I'm having a great summer with it so I'm excited for more. Look how cute!

Let's bake together. I'm gonna make the blueberry yogurt tart from the Caker's Sunday Baking 3 cookbook. Now when I saw this on Flip I just thought I want to spend my Sunday baking so I had to have it. The book is full of a mix of vegan gluten-free but then also non-dietary specific recipes that are just delicious looking. I do bake a lot for my job so I recognize that I know what I'm doing but the recipes here are simple to follow, the ingredient lists are not overly complicated, and whether you're an experienced baker or a relative newcomer you can make these recipes which is really great. It has a really nice balance of cakes and pastries, desserts, cookies, etc. This particular yogurt tart was delightful. It really wasn't too sweet at all which I do appreciate in a dessert. It was easy to make, it came out exactly like the picture, and honestly it had me going back for more so highly recommend.
