Okay, so this is the Ordinary Grand Active Retinoid 2% in Squalene. I'm actually going to be doing something a little bit different this time. I'm only going to use this on half my face because in another video I'm going to be trying out a new product that I got with Flip. It's this Care. It's also a retinoid. So I'm going to do half my face in the Ordinary and the other half in the Care retinoid. So this is the dark bottle. You need to keep it away from light. Comes with a glass dropper. And it's a fairly thin serum. You don't really want to use a whole lot. And like I said in a previous video, it smells kind of like peppermint. As I said in a previous video, it's really good to use this with something like an azelaic acid so they work together as far as anti-aging. I have acne and I'm trying to anti-age so it works.

is my second bottle of 2% retinol by The Ordinary. This one is almost empty. That's why I purchased second bottle. It really helped me with my acne routine and anti-aging routine as well. I'm 37 years old. I still have acne as a teenager. I need something to fight my wrinkles as well and renew my skin and retinol is the best thing for that. But what you have to know about retinol is that you have to build up your tolerance to this ingredient. You cannot start with 5% retinol right away and start using it every day because you're probably going to get a lot of irritation and your skin is just going to freak out. I'm using retinol for a pretty long time and now I'm at the stage when I'm using 2%. But when I will be done with this 2% bottle, I will be ready for 5% and I'm super excited.

This is my nighttime anti-aging and acne skin routine. First of all, I always double cleanse and I told you about it before in my previous video. After double cleanse, I apply Grenectin Retinoid 2% in squalene. I love this oily formula and I apply it on a dry face. I wait couple minutes and then I apply Hyaluronic Acid 2% plus B5. Then I follow with Azelaic Acid 10% and after I use moisturizer. Some bloggers recommend to mix these three all together and make a cocktail, but I realize when I layer them one by one and let every product absorb for a minute or two, it's more effective than when you mix them all.
