I was really excited to try this out because I usually don't wear matte foundations and I've been having a lot of like, it's long days and long nights out in Houston and this foundation, when I tell you it doesn't move, like my smile lines are just undetectable. My face looks so good all the time. I feel like all my other products go on better. I promise you have to try this. I'm going to put this on and I'm going to show you guys like when my makeup is done. Okay, this is two pumps of foundation. This is the finished look. This foundation is just amazing. It's perfect. So you need at least one full coverage foundation in your routine and I do suggest you guys pick up the Too Faced Born This Way Mattifying Foundation. I already had my summer shade which is Spiced Rum and I picked up the chai shade which has a neutral undertone. I like this mattifying foundation because it is a full coverage. It's going to stay all day, okay? And it also contains coconut water and hyaluronic acid to moisturize my skin as it gives me a full face beat. I love this and you need it.

Today we are going to be trying the Too Faced Born This Way Matte Foundation. I got this in the shade Chai. So this is the before and I'm going to show you guys the after. Okay guys so this is what the foundation is looking like. I've actually worn it for about 2-3 hours. And this face, this is Chai approved okay. I really really like how it looks. This is giving flawless base. It's matte. There's not so much oil coming out of my face. So yeah, Chai approved.

I've been wanting to try this foundation for such a long time. This is the Born This Way Matte. I do have oily skin. I've already prepped my face with primer. This is oil-free, oil-controlling, waterproof and transfer-resistant. So this is in the shade Chai. I do like the packaging. I matched myself based on the colors that were available. So I think this is going to be pretty good. We're going to find out if this is a good match. Once this is blended in, I think it is looking good. I can already say I love the matte finish. It doesn't even feel like I need to apply any type of powder to my skin. I'm going to finish off the rest of my face and I'll be right back.

The thing with Born This Way is that the color matchups you see online are a little bit darker than what you actually see in person. And thankfully, the Flip Review showed me that before I made my purchase. Chai online, I actually thought it would be too dark for me, but I'm actually really glad I went with it because it's a lot lighter than I thought it was in person. So I'm just gonna put some on the back of my hand, and that's the color that it is. I think this is gonna match up pretty well. So I'm actually gonna use it to dab and touch up my makeup. Wow! Okay! I was not expecting that. I'm shook, I'm amazed, I'm here for it. Yes, Born This Way.

This is the Too Faced Born This Way, the original because I also have the matte and I don't know I always just go for the matte but this one is pretty like so this is my face just the foundation on and so like I like it. It's pretty. I just remember I don't really like grab it because I like matte and this is not really giving me matte but it's still really pretty so like I would still use this. This foundation has a mess-free pump and it has medium to full coverage foundation I love buildable coverage Okay, that was like a half pump Put one and a half on the sponge This is obviously like a wet sponge Wow, it's really bright to start off with While this shade matched, just like off to begin with, I think it does a really good job covering my underlying redness So here's a little bit of a close-up with a sponge So here's how my skin starts But here it is kind of with a little boost, we'll say, with this foundation It goes on really nicely, I think It definitely is natural finish I never bought the matte one because I just don't like matte finish foundations So I think this is a really great alternative And then here we are with both sides of my face kind of touched up with the sponge I am impressed with this I definitely see myself using this a lot
