the perfect ultra shiny lip gloss formula. I do hate super goopy sticky lip gloss but the Tower 28 lip jelly is different. It has five different oils so it actually nourishes and moisturize your lips like a balm. You can do multiple layers so you get super juicy shiny lips and it doesn't feel sticky and I love that it's clear because you can layer it on top of any other color.

How simple the packaging is when you open it, it has a slight coconut scent. You have a flat paddle applicator and when you apply it goes on so nice, so even, and then you can flip the other side and you still have enough for the other lip and it's not sticky and it lasts okay. You know, it's a lip gloss, it's not going to last all day, but a second application and it gets even glossier. I love this.

This is Chill. I'm wearing it right now. It's such an easy formula to work with. It's really not very sticky. It's super comfortable, super shiny. I'm going to just top off, put a little extra on.
