FOR PEOPLE WITH VULVAS
A. CLITORIS + CLITORAL HOOD
Touch Pleasure Point directly to clitoris, or to clitoral hood if direct
clitoral stimulation is too intense.
B. LABIA + VULVA
Preferred Pleasure Point can be moved around labia majora, labia minora,
or the vulva in whatever way feels good as a warm up.
C. VAGINA
Muse has been designed for blended stimulation, meaning it can target
both the clitoris and g-spot at once. The g-spot is an area of nerve endings
located along the front wall of the vagina. Everyone’s anatomy is different,
but the g-spot is usually located about an inch or so inside the vaginal
opening on the upper wall. Insert Muse and ensure the flexible external
arm is facing upwards. When the rigid internal arm is inside the vagina,
the external arm should sit against the clitoris. The different settings let
you cycle between different levels of intensity, and some settings offer the
internal ‘come hither’ motion g-spots love.
D. ANALLY
Anal orgasms in cisgender females and people assigned female at birth
are had by indirectly stimulating the ‘a-spot’ through the anus. If this is
your first time experimenting anally, we suggest beginning with fingers
whilst getting used to the sensation of anal play. Using a water-based
lubricant, slowly insert Muse. The external arm will provide stimulation
near the opening of the vagina.
FOR PEOPLE WITH PENISES
A. ANALLY (P-SPOT/ PROSTATE)
Muse can be used to stimulate the p-spot for people assigned male at
birth and cisgender men. The prostate gland is located just below the
bladder and is roughly the size of a walnut, it is located about two inches
inside the anus. Using water-based lubricant, insert Muse to press
against this spot. Depending on which way the toy is turned, the external
arm can press against the perineum for dual stimulation, or can rest on
the outside of the anus for additional external sensation.
B. PERINEUM
The perineum is a small, nerve packed area between the genitals and
anus. Both arms can be used to gently stimulate this area without
penetration. Avoid ‘digging in’ or ‘poking’.
