If you don't know about seed oils, they're highly inflammatory. So a lot of healthy things are masked as healthy when they're not, because sunflower oil is a seed oil that you should avoid. Not only that, but these do not taste good. So they kind of taste like they would be good for maybe breakfast if you're on the go. I just had my husband eat them because I couldn't even stand them. They were not good. I just put them in his lunches. I was not a fan, not a fan.
