I'm reviewing the Ernst Supplies Charcoal Bristle Toothbrush. If you've been following me, then you know that as a dentist, I just can't recommend putting charcoal on your teeth. The other problem with this toothbrush is that it has medium strength bristles, which is just also too harsh for your teeth. It's going to wear them down, and eventually it's going to make your teeth look more yellow because you're going to wear down that really white, shiny enamel on the outside. In addition to all this, it's an $8 toothbrush. That's really expensive. It's better to save your money and spend it on something that's healthier for your teeth.

All right, so today I have a charcoal bristle bamboo toothbrush. It's pretty nice. It comes in a little package like this. I already have used it. That's why it's open and stuff. Simply just take it out. Very, very nice. Works super good on your teeth, to be honest. I can even see my teeth are already getting a lot whiter. I've been using this just for a few days. This is honestly a huge bonus for me. I was not expecting I'm getting something this good. Thumbs up for this one for sure. Great toothbrush.

So I recently received these two products in my flip box. This is what the toothpaste looks like. Honestly, I I'm not a huge fan of it just because I didn't like the taste of it And I also didn't like the fact that it's non-foaming Because I like my toothpaste to be very foamy same thing with my facial cleansers Just because I don't know if it's a psychological thing I feel like it's actually cleaning my face or my teeth, but I didn't like the fact that it wasn't non-foaming I did like the fact that you can actually see everything that's coming out of your teeth Which is kind of gross but satisfying at the same time The cool thing about this toothbrush though that I absolutely love obviously it's eco-friendly Which I am all for and the cool thing is that these bristles are actually infused with charcoal. So that was really cool
