Okay, alright, so I just applied the Essence Contouring Duo palette and I used the darker colour and a little bit of the lighter colour in some spots. I think I need to add more dark up here and in other places like maybe a little more around my nose as well. Though I will say that the lighter colour of the two in here is honestly just like a shader too darker than my foundation. So if you, I would say only use this if you have like fair, fair skin or if you're like me and you're using it as like a base for your highlighter. Cause that's really what I did but it's honestly super easy to blend out. I just put on my foundation, threw it on, blended it out and I think it works really nicely.

This contouring duo palette by Essence was part of my experiment of a full face of makeup using the cheapest products I could find. It's $5.99 and has a hundred percent keep right here on Flip. It's vegan, paraben free, and cruelty free. I got the lightest shade available and the contour actually worked really well. I was pleased with the shade of it, but the highlighter aspect definitely wasn't a highlighter. It was the color of my skin tone. It's not a deal-breaker for me that the highlighter isn't technically a highlighter on my skin. Because if you're a train wreck like me, I get contour everywhere and sometimes I put a little bit too much and that lighter shade definitely helped me to clean up the lines where I put too much contour in. I was going for a very bold glam look and I actually think I kind of nailed it this time, which I never ever do.

So nice and pink, just how I like it. The orange and the reds don't do well for me. I like it super pink. And I do the cheeks and a tiny, tiny bit on the nose. So I look freshly sunburned. Blend, blend, blend. And that's it guys, that's the look of the day. Blush and we're out.

If you ask me, no look is complete without a good blush, and this one is gorgeous. This is the blush from Essence. It's in the shade Beloved. It applies really easily, it's super pigmented, and very affordable at only $3.99.
