This is the Essence Eyeliner Pen Waterproof. I find it's very easy to do a wing, and it's even great for beginners who want to learn how to do a wing eyeliner.

Hey guys! So I'm always looking for a good eyeliner but I feel like I spend a fortune on eyeliners so I wanted to try this one from Essence. It's waterproof supposedly and it's just an eyeliner pen. I think it's just in the shade black because it doesn't say but if I go ahead and swatch it for you. There you go. You can see it's pretty pretty dark so I'm gonna go ahead and just do a tiny bit of my eyes. I'm not the best at doing this on camera so bear with me but you can kind of see it goes on pretty well. It's a little bit like hard on the point but I think they'll be fine over time. You don't want it to be like too soft and fall apart. That's what happened to my last one. It totally fell apart so I think this one's gonna be good and I use eyeliner so much so I'd rather get a cheaper one that works well and then I can just keep replacing it for a lower cost.
