If you haven't added body gua sha to your dry brushing and skincare routine, this is your sign to start. I've always taken really good care of my face, my neck, chest, but I've been trying to step up my body care routine lately, and this has been the thing that has made the biggest difference. Body gua sha helps to drain excess fat, toxins, water retention, it promotes blood circulation, and it can lessen the appearance of any lines and cellulite. You can use this all over to tone and tighten. My favorite places are my thighs, my stomach, and then the backs of my arms. I use this every night before bed, or I'll use it after dry brushing before I hop in the shower, and I've been loving my results.
