I take two because that's what it says on the instructions and it's really been helping me like wind down and get ready for sleep because if you're someone like me that struggles with sleeping sometimes I end up sleeping between 2 and 3 in the morning you will find yourself relaxed and in the mood. I have been using this for the last three nights and I am more awake and alert and energized because I am getting some deep REM sleep. How do I know I'm getting some good quality sleep? Well one, I'm having some dreams and I'm remembering the dreams, which has never happened and they're very vivid. Number two, I wake up refreshed and energized. All you have to take is two of these little puppies and when I say that these are delicious, they are so tasty.
