Alright, so I'm on like my fourth or fifth bottle of these mushroom gummies called Day Party and I already need to order more and then I realized I've never done a video review for these so I am so sorry because this is one of my favorite things from Flip. So if you are into getting your mushrooms and adaptogens but you're not sure how to take it and you don't know what mushrooms to take, well this one has pretty much all the mushrooms. So it has, as you can see the list, I don't know any supplements or gummies that have all of these so that was the huge selling point. Also that they use extract and not powder because that's actually what's going to get the cells into your body and digested into your system. Powder doesn't do that. And they taste amazing. They're made with raspberries so they taste delicious and there's no artificial sweeteners and it's just low on sugar.

Hey y'all so I also wanted to come on here and talk about a daily wellness gummy that I've been taking for the past few days. It is the Four Marsh Night Party and it is a gummy it's a blueberry gummy. I absolutely love it. It tastes wonderful. It's like you're you know eating regular gummies. I take two because that's what it says on the instructions and it's really been helping me like wind down and get ready for sleep because if you're someone like me that struggles with sleeping sometimes I end up sleeping between 2 and 3 in the morning you will find yourself relaxed and in the mood. This okay this is the truth. This is the truth.

I just had the best sleep of my life. So if you're like me and suffer from stress or anxiety and have been having trouble sleeping, this puppy right here is the cure. I have been using this for the last three nights and I am more awake and alert and energized because I am getting some deep REM sleep. How do I know I'm getting some good quality sleep? Well one, I'm having some dreams and I'm remembering the dreams, which has never happened and they're very vivid. Number two, I wake up refreshed and energized. So these are the patches that come in the set from Floor Marsh. I'm going to be testing this one today. Very excited. Here's how it looks. I wish it was a little more discreet, but that's okay. I'm gonna be wearing it today and letting you know what I think. So I wore the patch for a few hours and it didn't really work for me. I did wake up really early this morning, but I just didn't feel energized. I'm probably gonna post an update when I try the other patches. I haven't lost hope. I feel like the other ones are more likely to work anyway, so I'm still excited to try those.

It worked! Update on the sleep please wellness patch. I put this on last night at about 9 30 and I fell asleep at about 10 30. So it took about an hour for it to kick in for me but I also was moving around. I just needed to get myself to lay down but once I lay down I was out. You can leave it leave it on up to 12 hours so it's definitely been over that. So take it off. It doesn't hurt but it is very sticky. Yes! A little bit of residue but uh yeah it should come off in the shower.
