It's on the higher priced end, so I'm really happy to get this opportunity to try it. I have had trouble with my joints, like osteoarthritis, and it's been a thing for a long time. But this supposedly helps with that, and I'm gonna try it, and then I'll get back to you like a month from now. But I keep in mind that it has, I guess, soy in it and then shrimp, so something from that. So if you're allergic to shellfish, there's also maltodextrin in it. So if you're gluten-free, can't do it. And then there's also something else I noticed. Oh yeah, I wouldn't be vegan then because of the shrimp. So just keep those things in mind when ordering. Let's see how large they are.
