Hey everybody, I just wanted to do an update on this Rose All Day, Next Day Okay dietary supplement. It came in my Hangover Flip Bundle and it's a powder that you add into water, 16 ounces of water, and then you just shake it up and you drink it before you go to bed after a night of having a couple of drinks. I had one drink last night but I had to work super early today so I wanted to see if it would fight off the effects of feeling kind of yucky in the morning and honestly it really did. I felt like the supplements and the vitamins that are in this really helped with my lack of sleep and having a drink last night and you should definitely check it out.
