Nice flexible bristles. It's not pulling or tugging. It's not too hard. Sometimes I get a brush where the bristles are super hard and it's painful but this is great. And it's on sale because I don't like having to pay more than like $10 for a hairbrush. I don't even want to pay more than $5 for a hairbrush.
