Hi guys, this is the Radiant Rest from Friska, which is a collagen and enzyme beauty boost. You basically put a little packet in eight ounces of water and drink it before bed because it also has some melatonin in it to help you really get a good night's rest. The enzymes and probiotics help you break down the collagen and actually absorb it, and then it has sleep support too. Just pour it in a little glass of water and then mix it up. The Radiant Rest is a berry lavender flavor and it has this really pretty purple color. Once it's fully mixed, it's ready to drink. It's actually pretty good.
