Okay, have you heard of Graza olive oils? Their sizzle and drizzle pack is my new favorite way to buy olive oil. First, it comes with one sizzle bottle for cooking and then one drizzle bottle for cold applications. So basically salad dressings or any finishing, you'd use the drizzle, and then for cooking and baking, you use the sizzle. I'm making a dipping oil here like you'd find in a restaurant. Really easy, leafy greens, some dried herbs, and then garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and finally your Graza drizzle oil. Mix it all up. This pairs perfectly alongside some crusty bread. Super easy way to up your appetizer game. I'm gonna serve it with some blistered roasted tomatoes, and that's where I use the sizzle oil to cook with. Just a nice generous glug, salt and pepper into the oven to roast. They're blistered and bursting. They pair really nicely with the oil and some crusty bread when you have guests. Most people don't know that you can't cook with a lot of olive oils, and the delineation here is perfect. Also, the flavors on both are just fantastic.
