This Dutch baby is actually the perfect size when you're just cooking for one person. Because my old Dutch oven was massive, seven quarts, okay? This one is only three and a half, and I use it to meal prep. I made pesto pasta in it yesterday. It cooked the chicken evenly, and it was the perfect size for just me.

Smashed potatoes are super trendy right now and it's for good reason. They are so good. To start, you boil potatoes until they're soft enough that you can mash them. You don't want them to fall apart but you want them to be able to smash.
