This Dutch baby is actually the perfect size when you're just cooking for one person. Because my old Dutch oven was massive, seven quarts, okay? This one is only three and a half, and I use it to meal prep. I made pesto pasta in it yesterday. It cooked the chicken evenly, and it was the perfect size for just me.

Smashed potatoes are super trendy right now and it's for good reason. They are so good. To start, you boil potatoes until they're soft enough that you can mash them. You don't want them to fall apart but you want them to be able to smash. Normally I bake mine but I wanted to try out my dutch baby from Great Jones so I am frying them in duck fat and when I say the flavor here is out of this world. To finish, I tossed with fresh rosemary which gave off a beautiful fragrant aroma.

My beautiful Great Jones Dutch Baby made Taco Tuesdays a super easy success. I made taco lasagna and the tortilla shells fit perfectly inside this. No more messing around with a square dish. I just layered everything in this Dutch Baby, let it bake, and topped it with my favorite taco toppings. Taco Tuesday was a smashing success thanks to my Great Jones Dutch Baby. It's so good. It's so good. 

Hey y'all, I'm really excited about this one. This is a Dutch baby by Great Jones. It's another one of my free items I received. I love the green color. It matches the plant vibes in our home perfectly. It's three and a half quarts, which is a great size for me since three of my four kids are grown and I need to learn how to start making smaller batches of things so food doesn't get wasted. It's heavy-duty. It weighs 11 pounds. I've never had a Dutch oven before so I'm really excited to start using this one and it looks so cute. I think I might just leave it sitting out on the stove.

Soup season is approaching so I knew I finally had to get a Dutch oven. I saw great reviews of this Great Jones one and I went for it and I'm so happy I did. The metal accents and the beautiful colorways are really what sold me but overall it does feel very durable. My only thing is the packaging literally had no care and use instructions, it was just this inside of the box so I do wish it had that.

So I got this Dutch oven and I was very excited, but it arrived broken. It was in this plastic, however, there was not much else protecting it, so that's probably why it broke.
