This is the prettiest item in my kitchen. I'm cooking with my Great Jones casserole dish for the first time ever tonight. Four ingredient baked ziti. This is a really heavy dish, so I'm hoping it'll last me a very long time. This is a pretty simple recipe. Shredded mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce, extra mozzarella on top. Then the last thing I do is add a little bit of butter. This also helps it get golden brown on the top. This is oven safe. I'm gonna throw it in the oven for 45 minutes. I can reheat this in the microwave if I like, and it's also dishwasher safe once I'm done with it. Can't wait to use this Great Jones casserole dish at my next dinner party.
