So we just ordered something from the Flip app. It came super quickly and I'm really excited because we're actually hosting a wine and cheese and charcuterie night tonight. And I was trying to find the perfect cheese knives because presentation is also a very big part of entertaining and these are from the brand Hawkins New York. It's the set is a set of three simple cheese knives and they're brass coated stainless steel. And so the handles are like a matte brushed gold and then the actual knives are like the stainless steel. You're gonna see the reflection of the charcuterie board that I just made, but this set is so beautiful. It's important to know that it's hand-washed only. So if you're looking for something to throw in the dishwasher, this is not gonna be for you. But I think these are so worth it and so easy to probably clean, but I'm gonna show you how these look like right on the charcuterie board as well. So I literally just flipped the camera showing you the knives like right on the cheese board. There's the three. And again, I like love it. I think the quality looks so good. They're like pretty heavy, I would say. So I think it's like gonna be really, it's gonna last for a long time because it's high quality. But anyways, this is the set. It's Hawkins New York, simple cheese knives. I would highly recommend.

How to use cheese knives like this beautiful, gray quality, two-tone, three-piece set from Hawkins. Use the hard knife to cut hard cheeses like parmesan or pecorino. Take the pointed end to cut out shards. This is called chunking and gives you a rustic crumble. Use the flatter chisel knife for semi-soft or semi-hard cheeses like gruyere, provolone, swiss asiago. Paddle shaped with sharp edges, make clean cuts, shaves, or chips off the cheese. Use the spreader for soft cheeses like cream cheese, gruyere, goat's cheese. Smear cheeses on crackers, bread, fruit, or veggies. Enjoy!
