I have seen this pan all over Instagram. Okay, I didn't mean for that to rhyme but you get it. My first impressions of this pan is that it is lightweight and super sleek. This pan is non-toxic, oven safe, dishwasher safe, and most importantly, non-stick. So to put this to the test, I made a cheeseburger for lunch, mainly to test out its non-stick capability. And as you can see, I had no trouble picking up the hamburger from the pan. One thing that always ruins my pans are the burnt marks from the food, but look just how easy it is to get those off. In the end, this is a very solid product.

Alright, what's going on y'all? I'm gonna show y'all how I made this tasty salmon dish. First we're gonna start with this hexclad pan that Flip sent me, thank you guys. Then we have to cut the salmon into fillets. I couldn't find my shaker so, you know, we had to thug it out. Put some olive oil, some butter, we put it in, let it get a nice sear on. Then we're gonna let it cook for a little bit, then we're gonna throw some thyme on there, put some more butter. Butter's your friend in this, trust me. Once that butter gets melted then you wanna just baste and just keep repeating the steps. One thing I would say, I wish this came with a top, but we found one, kind of fit. But here's the masterpiece. Overall I would give this pan a 10 out of 10. Very easy to use, lightweight, dishwasher safe, oven safe. Stop playing and go get you one. See ya.
