I was so excited when my hex clad hybrid pan arrived and I must say this pan really did live up to the hype. Combining cast iron, stainless steel, and non-stick, this pan heats up quickly, is great for cooking steak, and it also does not stick. However, you do need to add just a bit of oil in order to experience its non-stick abilities. I mean, Gordon Ramsay doesn't call these the Rolls Royce of pans for no reason.
