This hex-clad Japanese Damascus steel knife is the best kitchen knife I have ever used. It's extremely lightweight and can cut through anything you need in the kitchen. I highly recommend this capable knife to any chef or home cook.

Let's see how thin we can cut this tomato and how easily I can slice up this watermelon. Way too smooth. Now I just need the rest of the knives in this set. I have been struggling with this bread knife for years. It's so old it doesn't even have the brand name on it anymore because it's worn off and it just mutilates my bread.
