I say to apply to wet hair, and we're gonna scrunch up the ends with a microfiber towel, or you could use a t-shirt, so you can squeeze all the water out and help warm the curl. Very light, it's not like your typical gel where it's gooey or sticky. Makes my hair look pretty shiny, too. Oh. Wow, look at those curls, and this is wet. I haven't even diffused it yet.
