gonna give you a live swatch test of the Crush Velvet Story by Hourglass. So we're just gonna take this. I love how easily this applies when you're putting it on your lips. I find that it doesn't really dry down very easily so if you don't like a super velvety finish you might not like these lip creams. But look, it just, it's so pigmented and I love that when it comes to lip products. I definitely recommend this if you're okay with the velvet texture.

Today I am reviewing the Velvet Story Lip Creams by Hourglass and let me just tell you this definitely holds up to the name. It feels like velvet on your lips. It feels so good and so I would buy this just for that fact alone but look at the color. How stunning is it?

Alright y'all, so I'm in the middle of doing the very last step of my very minimal makeup routine which is my lips. When I just want something simple, lip liner and gloss. But when I want to spice things up, I like to do lip liner, lipstick, then gloss. So I thought this was the perfect time to try out my new lipstick, the Hourglass Velvet Story Lip Cream in the color Crush, I believe. I feel like pink and brown go so well together, so let's see. Oh my gosh! That went on so smooth. It doesn't even feel like I'm putting on lipstick, but maybe like a chapstick? Lipstick? This color suits me so well, and it goes so well with the brown lip liner, and it easily applies like what more can you ask for? Wait, let me see how it looks when I add gloss on top of it. Hold on. Wait, that's actually so pretty! Oh my gosh, I'm in love! Wow. 10 out of 10, I recommend it.

Let's try out the Hourglass Velvet Story Lip Cream in the shade Crush. Upon application it is very creamy, velvety, not really moisturizing at all but just very creamy and kind of like a crayon. I do love this color. I think this shade of pink is really nice on my skin tone and it's a color that I would wear pretty often. I also did a transfer test and as you can see it did come off but I'm not surprised because this is a cream lipstick and it's not matte.

So this is the Hourglass Velvet Story in the shade Touch. It is a lip cream and what's cool about Hourglass guys is that their products are vegan so this is vegan. It is full coverage, it will dry matte, and it also is made without parabens and phthalates so that's really cool. The shade is like a pretty rosy nude color and what's cool about the wand is that it's kind of pointed so you can get a nice defined edge so you can wear with or without lip liner and it still looks super bomb. Wow that's really pretty. Hmm super lightweight. I did obviously have on a lip liner. Well I say this is definitely a winner. Check it out and let us know what you think.

This is the Hourglass Velvet Story Lip Cream in the shade Indulge. So here it is on and I love it. It's like this pink mauve color that's great on like tan or medium skin tones like mine and it's creamy, it's hydrating, it goes on smooth. I'm obsessed.

This lip color by Hourglass, I am seriously so obsessed with. It was probably my favorite Hourglass product overall. It is such a creamy matte beautiful finish.

I have heard so many people go crazy over Hourglass lip products so we are going to see if this lip in pure velvet story is good or if it's not so good. I love the way that this lip applies but it is sort of a velvety texture which I'm not the biggest fan of. And I don't think this coral, this coral tone really fits my skin tone but I feel like it would be so beautiful on some other skin tones. I would give this a 5 out of 10 for me personally.

So I posted about this lip product about a month ago when I got it in my august flip box And in that video I said it was comfortable. It was nice But with wearing it the past month i've become obsessed with it I just had to tell you guys how amazing and luxurious These lip products are they don't have that many shades I believe there's only five or six in the collection, but this is in the shade pure And it's the perfect pinky nude color for every day It is the most luxe comfortable formula I have tried I definitely think it's worth the investment if you're looking for a new product I just can't stop reading about this if you love hourglass Put it in your cart and pick it up

I get so excited when I get my flip box in the mail. In this box, I did order an Hourglass lip product. It is one of their Velvet Story lip colors. Hourglass is one of my favorite brands, so I just had to. This is in the shade Pure. It was just too beautiful. I had to try it on immediately. I did line my lips beforehand. This lipstick glided on like a dream. It was so comfortable on the lips. And I could tell it was not going to dry my lips out.
