Hello! Calm, sweet calm. This is my old one, this is my new one. These little gums help me sleep nicely. And help me with my stress and keep me calm. Especially if you spend some time in a day with a toddler and tantrums. You need something like this, believe me. I took just one little gum. Mmm, they taste so good. Don't take more than two. If I want to sleep nice, I take two gums before sleep. My second one. It counts like a three for me. They are so delicious. And most important, help me reduce stress, help me sleep better. I feel good.

I have officially been taking these for quite some time and I wanted to take them before I come in here and say anything. I love them so much, I actually had my husband start taking them. They are two little gummies like this, hearts. And these help with anxiety and if you're like me, where you get like really stressed, really tense, I definitely recommend taking these. Oh my goodness, no. I recommend them.

These honestly taste so good. I love them and they definitely are very helpful. Look how freaking cute these gummies are. Sorry, I had to focus. These are so good and so tasty. They really do the job and they also have ashwagandha which definitely helps calm my anxieties.

Not a huge fan of supplements, but I decided to give this a try because it was free. It is the Ham Collagen Pop. You add this to your water. I'm normally not a fan of the artificial diet sugary flavor that you sometimes always get with supplements. This one actually tastes pretty good. It tastes like strawberry Starburst. I'm not a huge sugary person, so this is actually a really good flavor for me. I haven't been using it long enough to do an in-depth review about it, but so far I've been using it for a few days. I have noticed a little bit of improvement, but it's only been less than a week. I think we're at day 5, but it tastes delicious. I was actually super worried about that because I hate stuff that tastes diet.

Okay, I already love the brand Homme with all of their nutritional supplements, so I had to try the Collagen Pop. It's essentially a dissolvable tablet of collagen that you put in a glass of water, and you drink it, and it gives you your daily dose of collagen for your skin, your face, your skin, and your hair, and your nails. And it's delicious. It tastes like strawberries. And you can put it in a glass of water, or I prefer to just take it like a shot. Um, it's good. Look at how firm and plump, and it's only been a week.

Today's hum review are their omega-3 pills which are gigantic and so hard to swallow so yeah

So this might be TMI, but I have like high cholesterol genetically and I take fish oil every day. Hum is my favorite brand. I got these on Flip. What I love about these is that they kind of taste like orange. They don't like gross but repeat on you and they're yeah, they're really nice. They make my stomach feel fine and I take two of them every day. I want to start taking two in the morning and two at night because my cholesterol is that high, but these are more like for a triclosterol. So my triclosterol are great. So highly recommend.
