Especially if you spend some time in a day with a toddler and tantrums. You need something like this, believe me. I took just one little gum. Mmm, they taste so good. Don't take more than two. If I want to sleep nice, I take two gums before sleep. My second one. It counts like a three for me. They are so delicious. And most important, help me reduce stress, help me sleep better. So this might be TMI, but I have like high cholesterol genetically and I take fish oil every day. Hum is my favorite brand. I got these on Flip. What I love about these is that they kind of taste like orange. They don't like gross but repeat on you and they're yeah, they're really nice. They make my stomach feel fine and I take two of them every day. I want to start taking two in the morning and two at night because my cholesterol is that high, but these are more like for a triclosterol. So my triclosterol are great. So highly recommend.
