Day one of getting my gut in check. I've been trying the Hum Probiotic Gut Instinct Capsules. You take one a day on an empty stomach and it's supposed to kind of help get everything back in order. So this is what I look like on day one. All right, so we're on day seven of taking our Hum Probiotics. Let's see the results. I like it so far. I'm going to keep taking it for the rest of the month and see if those results are even better. I have noticed I've been a lot more regular and certain foods that would upset my stomach haven't been. So I think it's doing what it's supposed to. Also, my breakouts have been clearing up and have not really returned. They've been getting better and I think that's from getting my gut in check. So I highly recommend it.

So I've tried almost all the home nutrition supplements at this point, but one that I really gravitate towards is the gut instinct Probiotic digestive health supplement. I'm someone that does get bloated and I'm always looking for Digestion assistance, especially in the new year when we're all doing detoxes and cleanses So this is something you should definitely try if you have those issues

Today's hum review are their omega-3 pills which are gigantic and so hard to swallow so yeah

So this might be TMI, but I have like high cholesterol genetically and I take fish oil every day. Hum is my favorite brand. I got these on Flip. What I love about these is that they kind of taste like orange. They don't like gross but repeat on you and they're yeah, they're really nice. They make my stomach feel fine and I take two of them every day. I want to start taking two in the morning and two at night because my cholesterol is that high, but these are more like for a triclosterol. So my triclosterol are great. So highly recommend.

Hey there, it's New Year's Eve and I really need to stay awake until midnight. Excuse my look, I just woke up. But I'm gonna try one of these. It's the Hum Uber Energy Dietary Supplement. There's one per serving and this is what they look like. They taste kind of earthy, but that goes away in like a second. And yeah, I'm gonna try to make it to midnight, let's see how I do. So at this point it's 7 30 and this is at 10 and by 11 I was really dragging. But in the end I made it to midnight and usually I'm only able to stay up until like 8 or 9 pm. So I think these hum pills really work. Five stars.
