Day one of getting my gut in check. I've been trying the Hum Probiotic Gut Instinct Capsules. You take one a day on an empty stomach and it's supposed to kind of help get everything back in order. So this is what I look like on day one. All right, so we're on day seven of taking our Hum Probiotics. Let's see the results. I like it so far. I'm going to keep taking it for the rest of the month and see if those results are even better. I have noticed I've been a lot more regular and certain foods that would upset my stomach haven't been. So I think it's doing what it's supposed to. Also, my breakouts have been clearing up and have not really returned. They've been getting better and I think that's from getting my gut in check.
