Okay, good morning, y'all. So this one is Hush Hush Hair Vitamins. I'm addicted. You take four a day, and I seriously have not noticed a bigger difference in my hair, which my hair, can you stop it? Crazy boy, okay. So my hair, I absolutely fried, and it's really dirty right now, but I fried it during COVID. Like, destroyed it. Like, my hair should not have been blonde the whole time, and it was. Shout out to my hairstylist, I love you, Paige. But if you did the same thing that I did, and you fried your hair, and hated it, and wanted extensions, and kept dying it, because you couldn't like the color, because it was just so dead, these are your holy grail, okay? These literally grow my hair an inch and a half a month, on top of a certain shampoo that I use, that I'll do another review on. My hair seriously grows about two inches a month. These are not a scam. Go get them.

This is the second time I've repurchased the Hush & Hush Maker Day Vegan Protein Powder. I present the chocolate flavor. What I like the most about this protein powder in particular is it's very silky, so you're not going to get a chalky flavor. Honestly, I add it into everything. If you just need a little extra protein, you can add it into your coffee, protein smoothies, oatmeal, Greek yogurt. I've also made protein cookies with it, so it's very versatile. Also, it's all natural and clean ingredients. I showed this to my health and wellness trainer and she gave it a thumbs up because it was such clean ingredients, so highly recommend.

Okay, so I don't have that protein powder anymore, but I honestly didn't really love it This is only because honestly I am the type like that you have to kind of figure it out for yourself if you love it But this is just my experience So I eat keto so I don't really need like very flavorful or sweet supplements in order to drink them like I already Eat very low in sugar and even things with like remotely little bits of sugar tastes good to me But I find it very hard to find like a vegan powder that tastes good And this one was just like very chalky and didn't have a good flavor So it just wasn't really for me and mind you I am really not picky like I could honestly eat or drink anything But yeah, I don't know it just kind of had like a harsh Kind of taste to it

This is my secret to growing a big booty and flat stomach as a health and wellness coach. I always make sure to get in enough protein after my workouts, and I love this Hush and Hush plant-based protein. It has pre and probiotics, greens, and superfood fruits and vegetables, which means it's great for muscle growth and gut health, and it's going to help decrease soreness. It tastes amazing as well, and I'm obsessed.

I live in Florida, so in the winter months, our weather is hot, cold, hot, cold. It's been keeping me up and keeping me at them with no, like, cold or anything like that. They are capsules. I start off by taking one because I don't take dietary supplements often, but they're pretty big, but it is worth it, and it does work, so I suggest it.

So you take two of these a day. It's supposed to help brighten your skin. It says hyper concentrated natural cuticle skin to promote brighter and more evenly skin tone. So that's all I need and I'm so excited for these. So if you haven't tried them, I highly recommend it. They're gonna do wonders for me. I already know it. So again, Hush Hush.

It was amazing overall. It cleared my face up. I am in bed so I can't show anyone how my face looks but it really works and honestly was worth the price.

And this is the Hush & Hush Skin Capsule Hydrate. I chose this as my free product. Let's see. Alright. It's regular capsules. It's got hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, Korean red ginseng, matcha, grapeseed powder, resveratrol. It says it will promote optimally hydrated dewy skin. Alright. One month supply. I'm going to try that out.

Hey everyone, so this is the Hush and Hush Skin Capsule Hydrate. I was excited to try these out because I have very dry skin and I do, you know, a ton of stuff. I have a humidifier and I use lots of hyaluronic acid serums and thick moisturizers, but it still just isn't enough. And so as we know, you need to treat your skin from the inside out. So I was excited to try these out because they have this hydration complex. So it has hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, grape skin powder, all things that are going to be super hydrating for your skin. As you can see, there's a long list of things. Vitamin C can help with the glow. It also has lycopene and lutein in it. So many great things that are good for your health. So even if you didn't notice a difference in your skin, these are just things you should be taking anyway. But I've only been taking this for a little bit and I do notice more plumpness and dewiness to my skin. So I'm going to keep trying them and update.
