This is the Glow Key Brightening Vitamin C Eye Cream from I Do Care. How adorable is that with the spatula? Look at that cute little winky face and look at that texture. It is so delicious. It's like ice cream. It almost looks edible. It's not but how adorable is that with the spatula with the little metal tip. It has little ball that is very cooling and I'm just using it to kind of spread and blend the eye cream. I put a little bit too much I think but it feels really nice with that applicator. I think it helps de-puff my under eyes and it just feels good and that's after I had tapped a little bit in with my finger and then I just went in with the applicator again. Very lovely and I do think, I do think that there is a difference. My under eyes definitely feel more hydrated and I hope you
