Let's review the I do care top secret dry shampoo and it's a powder which I've never done Look how cute the packaging is. So it says to pat three to five times and it's like a Okay, so my hair is definitely Greasy, so I'm just gonna pat like all the places where I would usually put Dry shampoo if I was spraying it.
