I understand why this product has 4.7 stars. After using it for over a week, I can see fewer bumps from my postpartum breakout and more glow. A great retinol alternative.

I just finished showering and I'm back with another moisturizer review. I know I review moisturizers all the time, but it's because I have the dry skin, kind of like white patchiness on my skin. It feels like I can't even move my face a lot of the time. It's that dry. This one is from Indie Lee. I love this brand. It comes with like two little packages. This one is just a cartridge that holds the moisturizer. And this one is the refill. So you can kind of open it up like this, put the capsule in here, open the lid and then close this guy again. This is supposed to reduce like excess plastic usage, but honestly, it's three different things. I feel like they're making more plastic, but I don't know. This is actually made from a retinol alternative. It's rambutan, which is like the fruit squalene and then orange milk tree. And all of this is a lot less harsh than retinol, but anti-aging effects. And it feels amazing on my skin. My skin's super moisturized, very soft. It feels really, really good.

Alright, today I have the Squalane facial oil from Indie Lee. It comes in this glass bottle which feels really luxurious, but the oil itself is made to hydrate and renew your skin at the end of your skincare routine. It leaves your skin feeling soft, elastic, and not greasy at all. Really great.

Let's talk about the best facial oil you've never heard of. Squalane oil. I've been using the Indie Lee one for probably five years and this is hands down the best face oil I've ever used. Usually when you put face oil on, it's really heavy and it just doesn't absorb very well. This is totally opposite. It actually gets absorbed into the skin so quickly and you can put your makeup on right after. After rubbing it in the skin, it gives a nice dewy finish but it doesn't feel oily. Your skin just absorbs all of it. I normally use this in the fall and winter when my skin is extra dry and I need that extra bit of moisture but really this is so light you could use it year round.

I am trying out the Squalene Facial Oil by Indie Lee. If you do not know what Squalene is, it is a moisturizing ingredient. Helps to balance the skin, renew the skin and there are countless benefits to it. The product looks like this. I do like the component. It is very sleek. You just go in on freshly cleansed skin in the morning as well as the evening. A lot of these products, they target all skin types which is amazing. You take as much as you need. I do not need too much. And you simply work it into the skin. It does not feel greasy on the skin whatsoever because it is supposed to mimic your own skin oils. Face feels instantly moisturized.
