Hey guys, so today I added the 5 Minute Journal by Intelligent Change to my morning and nighttime routine. It's an environmentally conscious gratitude journal with prompts, challenges, and guides for self-reflection. I've personally only been a girl that normally journals at night, but I loved adding journaling to my morning routine. Since it also only takes 5 minutes, it's super easy to incorporate into your morning and nighttime routine, and this hourglass makes it super cute. This journal overall helped me become more grateful and focused on the present, and I would recommend it to anyone trying to get into journaling.

The beginning of the journal gives some ideas to reflect on and a weekly challenge for self-growth. I love that I can bring this journal anywhere and not rely on my phone as a timer.
