This is my favorite way to wind down and put my life back into perspective after a stressful day, and it just takes five minutes. This is the five-minute journal. It's filled with daily entries for you to write down what you're grateful for, goals and accomplishments for the day, and daily affirmations. If you're somebody that struggles with having a routine, this journal is the perfect way to start and end your day.

I didn't believe that this journal would actually change my life until mine came in the mail. Swapping out scrolling on social media to this five-minute journal has literally been key. I love that the five-minute journal is backed by science. And I couldn't agree more that focusing on the positive things in life is way more conducive. To a happy life.

So I was a little apprehensive about buying these two products just because I didn't know if they'd be worth it. And let me tell you, I am so glad that I did. I've tried journaling in the past, but it always just felt like a chore for me because I didn't have too much direction. I felt like I was taking way too long with it. These two products make it so simple and easy to keep track of your progress. And it gives you some information about the theory behind why they crafted these products the way that they did, which is super cool. You get a deep dive into the psychology of everything. But yeah, highly recommend. Great, great product and really simplified my routine.
