this is my first flip. I didn't expect this to be like so mindful affirmations for financial abundance. I am that girl. This is one that I was really excited to add to my collection. It's back to school season, so you know what that means. Lots of studying and planning. I got the Mindful Focus Hourglass from Intelligent Change and I used it as my timer. I did the Pomodoro method, which is 30 minutes of studying with a 5 minute break. And once my timer was up, I drank some water, stretched, and then got right back to work. Honestly, this product was perfect. I wasn't on my phone and I was 10 times more productive than I usually am, so it's a thumbs up for me.

as someone who doesn't like to get on my phone first thing in the morning, this is my favorite thing ever. this 30 minute timer is perfect when i wake up doing my yoga, meditation, workout, and i'm not distracted by my phone. so cute and so satisfying. i love.
