this is my first flip. I didn't expect this to be like so mindful affirmations for financial abundance. I am that girl. This is one that I was really excited to add to my collection. A weekly dose of self-love, self-care, and mindfulness. 52 display cards. Stand made from 100% recycled FSC cardstock and FSC beechwood. Fancy! This is weighted. These feel amazing. The quality, you hear that? They're like different shades of green. I love that. Let's pick the first card shall we? I am able to hold, manage, and share my wealth. Can't wait to put that on display. So yeah, this is definitely probably going to go on my kitchen counter next to my Keurig so that I can do this first thing in the morning. Once again, mindful affirmations. these cards for my best friend because she's going through a heartbreak right now and I have the mindful ones that I bought for myself and it's the highlight of my morning every morning. it's basically a piece of decor as well I just leave my card out on the wood display all day and so then my husband gets to see it when he comes home from work and it's just like the best thing. it's something I look forward to every morning and it's such a great gift idea so if you have loved ones in your life that might need to pick me up I highly recommend this

It's back to school season, so you know what that means. Lots of studying and planning. I got the Mindful Focus Hourglass from Intelligent Change and I used it as my timer. I did the Pomodoro method, which is 30 minutes of studying with a 5 minute break. And once my timer was up, I drank some water, stretched, and then got right back to work. Honestly, this product was perfect. I wasn't on my phone and I was 10 times more productive than I usually am, so it's a thumbs up for me.

as someone who doesn't like to get on my phone first thing in the morning, this is my favorite thing ever. this 30 minute timer is perfect when i wake up doing my yoga, meditation, workout, and i'm not distracted by my phone. so cute and so satisfying. i love.
