these cards for my best friend because she's going through a heartbreak right now and I have the mindful ones that I bought for myself and it's the highlight of my morning every morning. it's basically a piece of decor as well I just leave my card out on the wood display all day and so then my husband gets to see it when he comes home from work and it's just like the best thing. it's something I look forward to every morning and it's such a great gift idea so if you have loved ones in your life that might need to pick me up I highly recommend this

are the cutest affirmation cards. I just saw these and I know I needed them because I journal in the mornings and I like to look at like a little quote or something for inspiration and these just make like a piece of decor in your home and so I've been posting them every day on my Instagram story and just like it brightens all my friends lives so I love that and so today I said every day I experience the joy of receiving and giving abundance and I got the mindful version of it so I love this one and I got the love and relationships one for my best friend so I'll do a little review on that one too.

I've been seeing these affirmation cards all over social media, and as soon as I saw they were available on Flip, I had to get them. I think we all could use a little positivity in our daily lives, so this was just perfect for me. I can always use an affirmation. It comes in a cute box with this cute card stand so you can put your affirmations on display. These are weekly affirmations, and this one that I pulled for the first one out of all of them was just so perfect, and I put it on my cute table here behind my couch, and it looks so good.

It's back to school season, so you know what that means. Lots of studying and planning. I got the Mindful Focus Hourglass from Intelligent Change and I used it as my timer. I did the Pomodoro method, which is 30 minutes of studying with a 5 minute break. And once my timer was up, I drank some water, stretched, and then got right back to work. Honestly, this product was perfect. I wasn't on my phone and I was 10 times more productive than I usually am, so it's a thumbs up for me.

as someone who doesn't like to get on my phone first thing in the morning, this is my favorite thing ever. this 30 minute timer is perfect when i wake up doing my yoga, meditation, workout, and i'm not distracted by my phone. so cute and so satisfying. i love.
