Hey guys, so today I added the 5 Minute Journal by Intelligent Change to my morning and nighttime routine. It's an environmentally conscious gratitude journal with prompts, challenges, and guides for self-reflection. I've personally only been a girl that normally journals at night, but I loved adding journaling to my morning routine. Since it also only takes 5 minutes, it's super easy to incorporate into your morning and nighttime routine, and this hourglass makes it super cute. This journal overall helped me become more grateful and focused on the present, and I would recommend it to anyone trying to get into journaling.

I ordered the Intelligent Change Mindful Moments journal and have been loving it. It comes with a hardback journal and a five-minute glass hourglass. The beginning of the journal gives some ideas to reflect on and a weekly challenge for self-growth. I love that I can bring this journal anywhere and not rely on my phone as a timer. The daily prompts are simple, but I have found myself really looking forward to my daily five minutes of gratitude.

so I've shown you part of the five-minute journal this is the fitness edition so it's really similar to the original but like with more focus on fitness and your routine again if you've used the five-minute journal the whole point is to just spend five minutes every morning every night talking about gratitude your plans for the day and then a daily review of how the day went this one kind of focuses on health and wellness so I love it I love the original one I'm gonna try this one out I'll keep you posted how it goes what makes this super cute gift is this one actually also comes with a five-minute timer you have a little soothing sound of the sand and you can fill out you know what's your mood and then the end of the day you can fill out how did you take care of yourself today how to go so definitely recommend makes a great gift something great for yourself if you're focusing on
