Hi guys, I recently got the five-minute journal. I've always wanted to try this out just because I think journaling can really help with my anxiety. There's a spot for your name at the beginning and a reward and I put a hug because I think it's so cute. There's so many different quotes and affirmations at the start of this book and it kind of just tells you the premise of the journal itself. There's a section for the morning and the night which I love and I can't wait to use this for the upcoming semester in college.

One of the things I promised myself this year is to journal more and focus on my self-improvement. The 5-Minute Journal has made such a difference in my daily routine and has changed my life for the better. One of my favorite things about the journal is focusing on what I can make great today.
