I like to use it at night on my face after I do my skincare just for the extra layer of moisturizer and then I actually use their light sauce moisturizer in the morning but this keeps my skin moisturized all night. Not a strong fragrance at all and it's dermatologist tested so I do recommend this for nighttime. If you have dry skin you can also use it in the morning but I like to use it at night.
