Today we're using the Jason Wu, Wu Prime Hydrating and Nourishing Primer Oil as a base for our makeup. I'm going to use this underneath a matte foundation. It does have sweet almond oil, grapeseed oil, and sunflower seed oil, as well as being vegan and cruelty free. I think it gave me a really nice glow and throughout the day it did not break up my makeup. I'm wearing no highlighter here.

Hey guys, so I'm trying out this Jason Wu primer oil today, which is probably why you're noticing where my skin is so oily right now I've never tried a priming oil before and I I kind of do have oily skin So I don't know if this is gonna work for me But it says to put it on and then let it sit for a little bit and then apply your makeup So I'm gonna go do some things for a little bit and then Come back and we'll give it a try So this is after applying a mattifying Foundation and it's still pretty oily. This is this is probably too oily for me If you're someone who has dry skin and you're looking for it to get like a dewy glow This might be the right primer for you. However, if you have oily skin like me or like hot weather I don't think this is the right primer So I'm gonna I'm gonna give this a 2 out of 5

Alright, so I tested out the Jason Wu hydrating and nourishing primer oil. I only put it on this side of my face because I wanted to see if there was a dramatic difference. The only thing I really noticed was that my foundation applied a lot more smoother on this side than this side. If it were me though, I would much prefer getting the mattifying one than this one. If your skin tends to get really dry throughout the day, then I'd recommend this one. But for me, my skin tends to get a little bit oily, so I would probably prefer the mattifying one. Overall, it's such a great product. It does really give you that glow. It said that you can apply this just on skin alone and then go in with your foundation or you can even just apply a few drops in your foundation. And I did both. I like it a lot, so let me know what you guys think.
