Today, I want to show you how to contour your face with blush. This is good for anybody with a wide face. So I like to put it on the highest point of my cheekbones and spread it out in a C shape. This will give you a slimmer looking face versus just applying it on your cheeks.

Okay, now to finish the look, we're gonna go in with the Jill Stork Blue Mix Blush Compact. This is what it looks like, and then inside you'll also get this little charm that goes with it. First off, this packaging is so cute. This- oops! This is what the product looks like. I really like this compact because it comes with like highlighting colors as well as like just different shades. I'm going to use a mix of all of them today, and this is really the only thing that I have for blush, so let's hope this brush works. I like my face to look more lifted, so I'm just gonna put it up on my temples and a little bit down here. Okay, it looks really harsh on camera, but I promise it's like super glowy. Love it!

Hey everyone, Terez is out so I'm gonna fill in with some product reviews as they say the show must go on. So I've got this Jill Stewart Bloom Mix Blush Compact. It comes in this cool little Sailor Moon type thing so immediately I'm intrigued. I open it up and it's got different colors on the inside. It's got different things for your blush, your highlights. I'm big on ingredients so when I open up the packaging it says that it's alcohol free, paraben free so that's always good if you're into that sort of thing. So it's got different colors on here. You can highlight, you can do bright colors, nuanced colors, whatever you want. And it has this cool little keychain thing on the back there so whatever you want. It's got the style of the packaging, it's got multiple colors you can use in there and I won't show you how to do it because you're probably more of an expert than me but I don't know, it looks good.

Let's dig into this! This first one is a highlight colour. Oh, it's actually quite soft. Jill Stewart is a Japanese brand, so as expected the swatch comes out quite light. So you can get that youthful look that's the hallmark of Japanese cosmetics. Now I'm digging into the first blush colour. There's really not much colour payoff. This is the next nuanced blush colour. This leans slightly more purple. Now let's see whether these bright colours give a little more colour payoff. What do you think of this as a blush colour guys? Oh, I love a good pink. Obviously the brightest in the palette. The colours seem very typical Japanese. What do you guys think?

Half the fun of a blush compact is to mix the shades right? Let's mix the bottom two shades. It gives off a really sweet smell and kicks up quite a bit of dust. If you've watched my swatch video you know that the colours are not that pigmented. This is great for those that don't like such a bold look.

This has got to be the most beautiful blush compact I've ever owned. It comes with this little charm that you can attach to the compact. How cool is that? Ooh, it's embossed. I'm using the Jill Store Blue Mix Blush Compact in the shade 12 Dressy Viola as an eyeshadow palette because these colors are just too pretty. There are five different colors and I used all of them to create this really pink and romantic eye look.

It has five shades including both blush and highlight. The shades are not super pigmented, but since I like a more natural looking blush, they are perfect for me. I love that with a blush compact like this, you can wear one shade or mix several together for a unique shade. This is the Jill Stewart Beauty Bloom Mix Compact Blush and it is so pretty. There are multiple colors. You can dab into one color if you just want that or you can do a mix, which is what I did. And first off, all her packaging is beautiful, but the products are even better. The color mix of this blush makes the prettiest blush color and you can even use the shimmer as a bit of a highlight on top and it turned out so pretty.

So this is how it looks like with one layer. What I did was I used my blush brush and I swirled it around with everything on it and I just patted it on my cheek. This is buildable as you can see. It's such a pretty color. And guys, what I do is I try on the product first to see what my first impression would be like and then I read the box. So let's read the box right now. Blush compact with five multi-use colors to create your own custom finish leaves you with naturally flushed, glowy, and petal soft cheeks. It does look soft and glowy. And it looks like petals. I'm going to use the highlighter next. See if I have... I'm going to use my ELF highlighting brush and I'm going to use this color right here. And highlight.

When I saw this, I knew I had to have it. Not only does the product look stunning, but so does the packaging. Absolutely obsessed. I ended up dipping into the darkest shades, applying them onto my cheekbones. I ended up dipping into it twice to make sure my cheeks look nice and rosy. Put some on my nose. I really like this. It does have glitter in it, but it's not overpowering. I think this is a pretty subtle blush. It's really nice.

I'm doing my makeup, I'm keeping it really light and natural since it has to last through the day into the night. So I thought this would be the perfect time to try out the new Jill Stewart Bloom Mix Blush Compact. First off, let's talk packaging. I mean, she is absolutely stunning. When you open it, oh. This really reminds me of like a Dior cheek palette. Oh. Okay. I don't know if it's coming up on camera, but it is the like prettiest. It's a really, really light. This honestly would be great over a cream blush. Packaging, absolutely stunning. Presentation and the color choices themselves are beautiful. I just wish they were a little bit more pigmented, so I'm gonna give it like a 6 out of 10. But if you're a powder blush person who likes building it up, I think this could be really great.
