Here we go. Really great packaging. These are intact. Look at that. That is some almond milk concentrate and it's made with just almonds again. Literally amazing. Oh, you can actually add it in for coffee. So if you want like almond milk, you can put this in your coffee. Wow. Makes seven quarts. Incredible.

Let me show you my latest obsession. Oh my gosh. Okay, so you guys have probably tried by now all of the milk substitutes that are available in the market. So I had to grab this because I've never seen anything like this before. This is the organic milk powder made of just oats from Joy. It makes me quartz, which is insane. Check this out. I've actually never seen again any type of like powdered oats to make oat milk. And wow, I love that doesn't come with any of the normal additives. You see like sunflower oil and other things that you don't necessarily want to have too much of everything in moderation.

All right, it's time to try this new Joy powdered oat milk that I have. It says you can add it to anything like water, smoothies, or just straight into your coffee, so we're gonna try that today. Here's what it looks like. It's literally just like grounded oats. It says the serving size is two heaping tablespoons, so that's what I'm gonna put into my coffee. I think the frother's a better idea. We'll mix it up better. It does look really creamy, but it says you can add more to make it creamier. Let's try it like this. That's pretty good. I'm gonna try some in just plain water so I can see how it tastes on its own. That's good, very oat-y. So if you like oat-flavored stuff, you'll like this a lot. It is very thick and creamy, and it foamed up super good like oat milk normally would. They say on here that the pros of having it ground in a bag like this is that it has a longer shelf life, you can make it whenever you need it, the refrigeration necessary, that sort of stuff.

is your plant-based milk the reason you're so bloated? i thought my organic oat milk was healthy until i realized it has inflammatory ingredients like seed oil so i had to try the joy organic oat milk. the only ingredient is organic oats so it's not going to bloat you and cause digestive distress like so many other plant-based milks. it's really easy to mix into your liquid. i literally just add it straight to coffee. it tastes amazing. it's super creamy and i love it.

Alright, so I'm gonna be super real with you guys about Joy's almond milk concentrate. I have found that I just don't love almond milk because the consistency throws me off for drinking milk. I like something creamier. So I think next time I'd try their cashew one. So if you like almond milk, I would definitely give it a shot. Definitely suggest making like a pitcher's worth and putting it in your fridge to make it cold because I thought oh I'll just keep this in the fridge to have it cold. So when I go to make it, it's ready and cold. But that should work so well. When it's cold, it doesn't mix super easily. So I would definitely recommend keeping this like pantry room temp before using it and just having a pitcher ready of it made in the fridge. So try it out if you like almond milk.

Here's how to make the creamiest cashew milk in less than five minutes. It's so creamy it doesn't even break in your coffee. You won't even miss half and half. Here's the secret. Just open a Joy cashew milk concentrate and throw a few tablespoons in the blender. Add water and blend it till creamy. It's really that simple. Making plant milk has never been so easy. You're gonna love this.

If you're minimizing dairy in your diet and maximizing protein, I highly recommend trying this cashew milk concentrate as a milk alternative. Basically, you get a ton of milk from it and you just blend it into your coffee or your matcha. It makes it so creamy and it's literally only cashews.

Okay, hear me out. Dates meets cashew butter. Don't be fooled, that says cashew milk. It doesn't work as a milk, but it's so delicious with dates. Doesn't that look like cashew butter? Yum. All you do is you take a date, you dip it in, just like this. Mmm. Mmm. That's amazing. You have to try this. I'm telling you. It's so good. And so good for you. Mmm. So I tried this as a milk and it didn't dissolve. I was hoping to save some money on milk, but then I found something even better. It's like nut butter, but like the best tasting nut butter I've ever had. So I'm not mad about it. This was totally worth it.
