I'm basically a medjool date snob. I am so picky with my dates and Julie's is literally my favorite brand. Dates have so many health benefits and if you haven't tried it, try it with peanut butter, it's so good. Even add some chocolate on top, it's a must. Honestly, you won't regret buying this.

So first I have these Julie's dates. I got them as my free gift with my order and I didn't know that the bags were this big. Two big 32 ounce bags and it tells you that two to three dates are good per serving and how to use them like just eat them solo with nut butter and baking and smoothies. They do have pits in them. I didn't know that before I ordered them but I don't really like dates. This is just my first time trying them and I figured why not with a free item but if you love dates these will probably be really good for you. It's a good buy.

Today I want to share with you a simple and delicious dessert that you can make with fresh, organic vegetable dates from Ugly's by Julie's and Frozen Yogurt. It's a perfect treat for any time of the day and only requires a few simple ingredients. First, remove the pit from the dates, then stuff Greek yogurt into the dates, and add some honey over the top. Finally add the coconut flakes on top and put into freezer overnight. Enjoy the sweet and creamy combination of dates, yogurt, honey, and coconut flakes. So easy and delicious, you won't even miss eating real ice cream.
