I have nothing on my eyelids except for my eyelids. My favorite, Jouer eyeshadow crayon. And this one is called Serene, great to wear by itself. They are long wearing. I've worn them for many, many years and put them on my clients. This is a great one product that you can just put on to brighten your eyes day or night. Just smooth it across, start and focus where your iris is and then just blend it out with your fingers. It'll be beautiful and dazzling all night long and stays in place. Super easy to use, roll it back down, keep the cap on tight. You'll be sparkling eyes.

Okay guys, so I just really wanted to show you guys this is your a eyeshadow crayon, so it's really really cool It's this really nice Brown color it's a very neutral brown, so I'm just gonna swatch it here so you guys can see It's almost very cool tone Which I didn't expect it to be on the photos and I already put some on here I have a little bit on here at two layers on here though But what I'd like to do is just go in here and kind of create like a shadow and crease It doesn't apply on super smooth. It tugs a little bit. So then I just go in and just kind of blend it out It does feel a little bit sticky. But overall I like this color. I like how easy it is to use So if you're looking for something that's really nice to travel with you want to bring an entire palette anymore You just use this and just get a little bit of eyeshadow on

So this is the Jouer Creme Eyeshadow Crayon and this is in the shade Serene. And I thought it would be a perfect shade for contouring my nose since that's where I have the most trouble getting a very thin line. And it worked out perfectly. It blended out beautifully as well. It's not too creamy where it moves and just disappears as you can see. And I topped it with the Sunswept Bronzer Duo and it came out beautiful. I loved using this as a contour stick. You can also use this obviously on your eyes and I think I'm going to try using it on my face as well. What do you guys think? I think it looks pretty damn good.

Here's why the Jouer Eye Crayon isn't really for me. First off, let's talk about the pros. I really like the packaging. It feels weighty and a little more luxurious than the $22 price tag might suggest. The pencil does glide on really nicely and here is a swatch of the beautiful color Surreal. Here's a closer up look as well. I love the way that it glides on, doesn't really drag the skin, and leaves a nice wash of pigment, but it doesn't blend out very easily. Let me show you guys here. This is where it starts to grip a little bit, feels a little bit too much, but all in all, the results can come out okay. My biggest issue is that it seems to emphasize texture, as you can see right here, which other eyeshadows don't really do on me. All in all, I like the color and packaging, but the application and wear leave a lot to be desired.

All right, so I tried another Jouer eyeshadow palette. This is the rose gold matte and shimmer shade palette It's really pretty great color story has some really dark shades on it that I thought would perform really well but I Had issues with this too. In fact, this look took me three times three different eyeshadow bases and Honestly, the eyeshadow base doesn't even help this eyeshadow like do anything It doesn't perform well on naked skin. It doesn't perform well over a base In fact, the pink shades in this were supposed to be quite a bit darker but every time I tried to blend out the top it took off like most of the pigment and The fallout was ridiculous about the only thing good about these palettes are the shimmer shades to be honest And if you try to pack another layer on on top to make it darker, you're just gonna wipe off the first layer I'm really heartbroken about this, but it's just not worth it

Let's talk about the Jouar Springtime in Paris Matte and Shimmer shade palette. Yes, I am wearing it right now and it does look pretty, but I had a lot of issues with this eyeshadow. Number one, it did not go over the P. Louise eyeshadow base for some reason, and every eyeshadow I have usually does. I had to start all over and go back in with this concealer by RMS Beauty, which worked a little bit better. Now, you can pack on the pigment with this all day long and it's really great, but once you start blending, like kiss at least 50% of that color goodbye. You have to use a very light hand when applying, blending, anything, layering, while using this eyeshadow. And while I don't think it's a horrible, horrible formula, it's definitely not worth what they're charging. This is a $40 palette. For that kind of money, I better not have that kind of issue.

I don't know what is up with the formula in these eyeshadow palettes, but I'm gonna show you what's going on This one is the springtime in Paris and we are going to work with this navy blue right here I have prepped my arm with some concealer just to like get a good clean base going and let's get started packing on pigment I know I'm in a weird angle, but pigment all on it looks promising. It looks saturated. It looks wonderful Let's blend it out as you can see there are already some issues, and it just doesn't blend out very well now Let's add on some more pigment. See if we can fix that fade out So I tried to blend out that harsh edge a little bit more which it did work kind of but you can still see the Lines and you can still see in the body of the darkest part that it's patchy for 40 bucks each these palettes are just not Worth it unless you want to spend that much for just the shimmer shades. You're just wasting your money

This is the Jouer Springtime in Paris Matte and Shimmer Makeup Palette. I think these colors are perfect for every season. You have a good mix of natural, basic colors, and then some like brighter purples and blues, which I usually pull in winter. This is my first time using the palette, and I just wanted to pull some neutral, natural colors out. Just for a basic look, I'm going to work later, so I don't want anything too crazy, you know. I think the shades are a little hard to blend out. I usually apply eyeshadow with one brush, and then I go in with a more blendable brush. I'm like trained artistically, so that's usually what I would do if I'm painting. I know that most people who do makeup don't do that. But this is like the finished look. I think they look really pretty.

Using this palette from Jaur Beauty Overall I'm not impressed with the powders and there's lots of fallout It's $42 and I would definitely not pick this up if I were you lol
