So as I was rubbing my Primer onto my skin. I noticed that I started to get this little residue that was balling up and After a while, I realized it was this product. So it says the directions are to apply to the desired amount as Necessary. So this is a gel that you do not need to rinse off So I was kind of confused as to why I was getting the residue. So Point being it's super hydrating but does not layer underneath
