I recently ordered this Lupini pasta to try in my weekly pasta night. I love that there's only 4 ingredients and that it's gluten free, grain free and plant based. It cooked quickly, mine only took about 6 minutes to reach the desired firmness. This pasta tastes similar to chickpea pasta except it has way lower carbs and nearly double the protein.
