I recently ordered this Lupini pasta to try in my weekly pasta night. I love that there's only 4 ingredients and that it's gluten free, grain free and plant based. It cooked quickly, mine only took about 6 minutes to reach the desired firmness. This pasta tastes similar to chickpea pasta except it has way lower carbs and nearly double the protein. It was very filling, it was enough to feed my family of 4 and they enjoyed it. Give it a try if you're looking for a low carb, high protein, grain free option.
