There's no evidence that it helps any more than salt water or rinsing with water or general oral hygiene. So not really a lot of great stuff about it, but it's so gross. I'm sorry, but I cannot do it. It's disgusting. And also I was complaining to a patient about how I couldn't get into it and she reminded me that it also clogs your sink. So listen, if you like it, there's no harm, but it's so gross. It's disgusting. Zero out of 10 for me. I will not be using these ever. If anyone wants them, come find me, I'll give them to you.

Hello everyone! I am reviewing the Chico Morning Mint Oil Pulling Chachés. This product comes in a larger packet that holds 14 small chachés. Oil pulling is great to kill harmful bacteria, improve gum health, reduce bad breath, whiten and brighten the teeth. All you have to do is swish in your mouth from 5 to 20 minutes. I have been a fan of oil pulling for some time and was very excited to try this product because of its convenience. However, I am not really impressed with this product and did not feel like it cleaned my teeth in comparison to others. I would recommend for the packaging as it is ideal for travel.
